Planning permission was negotiated by Opticrealm Ltd with the London Borough of Barnet for the demolition of the existing residential dwelling that was situated both in a conservation area and in the greenbelt, and the construction of two luxury modern dwellings of approx. 6,000 sq ft each.
The planning process on this extremely sensitive site involved detailed discussions with numerous stakeholders throughout the design development stage, including the Barnet Society, neighbours and local ward councillors.
The houses will benefit from exceptional views across the greenbelt. Construction is proceeding on site.
